It dawns between 5:30 / 6 am, As the bathroom is communicated with the room without doors, if you mind the light, from that time it is impossible to sleep. It's the problem I found, at that time the light bothered me and I could not sleep well during the 3 nights. All the rest was perfect.

The rooms are lovely, although small, but you don't spend much time there. The location could not be better - very close proximity to a variety of subway lines makes it very convenient.
Some of the staff are arrogant and pretentious and will not go above and beyond their job description to assist you. For example, the concierge only starts working at 10am, and at 9.40am one morning we went to the front desk to ask them to make a restaurant reservation for us. We were advised to wait until the concierge commenced her shift so she could do it for us. Ridiculous.
